Job Summary

The Sales Consultant – Equipment is responsible for driving equipment sales by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and delivering an exceptional purchase experience. The role focuses on lead generation, customer relationship management, and seamless coordination across dealership functions to ensure a high-quality end-to-end buying journey.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in equipment sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a consultative, high-value sales environment
  • Strong customer service orientation, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Valid driving license

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert prospects into successful equipment purchases to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to drive satisfaction, referrals, and long-term loyalty
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database
  • Manage credit customer accounts to ensure timely debt collection
  • Plan and execute effective customer engagement activities
  • Prepare and follow up on customer quotations
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies and improve performance
