Job Summary

Responsible for supporting and executing digital channel initiatives for Business and Commercial clients. The portfolio includes Business Online, Enterprise Online, E-commerce, Flexipay Merchant, Agent Banking, Billers, School Pay, Quantum Trade, Point of Sale (POS), and other digital solutions within the business unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive migration to digital channels by promoting adoption and educating customers and staff on self-service solutions
  • Onboard merchants, install products, and provide technical support for POS and related systems
  • Identify new sales opportunities through customer engagement alongside Relationship Managers
  • Contribute to growth and profitability of the digital portfolio by tracking usage and achieving sales targets
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure system uptime and optimal performance
  • Analyze MIS and transaction reports to monitor product usage and performance
  • Manage compliance processes related to merchant acquisition and onboarding
  • Ensure all processes are executed within agreed service level agreements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Commerce, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in branch banking with knowledge of digital and self-service banking products
  • Experience in merchant solutions or telecommunications is an added advantage
  • Strong ability to retain customers by understanding their needs and presenting relevant solutions
  • Good knowledge of banking policies and procedures related to customer transactions
  • Understanding of system processes, inputs, and outputs for banking products
