Job Purpose

Ensure accurate inventory costing, stock reconciliation, and stock accounting processes in line with international accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile inventory records.
• Monitor landed costs and stock movements.
• Conduct stock and depot reconciliations.
• Analyze stock variances and gains/losses.
• Ensure compliance with petroleum product supply agreements.
• Monitor stock under bond and tax exposure.
• Maintain interfaces between terminals and accounting systems.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification in progress (CPA, ACCA, CMA, CIMA).
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and stock accounting.
