Job Purpose

Lead the structuring, execution, governance, and optimization of trade and structured finance activities supporting crude oil marketing and trading operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop trade finance strategy and governance frameworks.
• Structure commodity and trade finance solutions.
• Support crude oil trading and commercial transactions.
• Manage relationships with banks, export credit agencies, and financiers.
• Oversee risk governance, liquidity management, and compliance.
• Coordinate treasury, FX, and funding integration.
• Lead digital transformation of trade finance operations.
• Supervise trade finance teams and build internal capacity.
• Support strategic project financing and intercompany finance structures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
• CFA or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience.
• At least 4 years in supervisory/team leadership roles.
• Strong experience in trade finance and structured commodity financing.
