Lead Wholesale, ISP and Data Center Sales

Responsibilities

  • Drive wholesale fixed connectivity revenue growth by managing carrier and ISP relationships
  • Sell national and international capacity and maximize utilization of fiber infrastructure and submarine partnerships
  • Lead wholesale go-to-market strategy, commercial negotiations, and execution of carrier sales
  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets for wholesale capacity and carrier business
  • Grow international and domestic wholesale revenue through proactive pipeline management
  • Onboard and manage relationships with ISPs, carriers, and wholesale partners
  • Maintain account health, drive renewals, and reduce churn
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Finance to develop competitive pricing strategies
  • Monitor competitor pricing and recommend adjustments
  • Lead end-to-end contracting including pricing, SLAs, and governance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards
  • Work closely with Network, Legal, Finance, and Enterprise teams to execute deals
  • Support provisioning and billing teams for smooth onboarding and revenue recognition
  • Provide accurate pipeline and performance reports
  • Track KPIs, analyze performance gaps, and provide root-cause insights

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, IT, or a related field
  • Postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA) is an added advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in telecom, ICT, or wholesale connectivity
  • Proven experience in carrier management, ISP business development, or international capacity sales
