Job Purpose
Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth project operations and proper documentation management.
Qualifications
- Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative support, preferably in a project environment
Key Duties
- Maintain project implementation files and records
- Handle typing, printing, and office management duties
- Receive and direct visitors appropriately
- Record and classify incoming and outgoing mail and project data accurately
