Job Purpose

Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth project operations and proper documentation management.

Qualifications

  • Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative support, preferably in a project environment

Key Duties

  • Maintain project implementation files and records
  • Handle typing, printing, and office management duties
  • Receive and direct visitors appropriately
  • Record and classify incoming and outgoing mail and project data accurately
