About EACOP

The East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) is a midstream infrastructure project spanning Uganda and Tanzania. The project includes a nearshore marine storage and export terminal (MST). Once completed, the 1,443 km thermally insulated crude oil export pipeline will transport oil from Kabaale-Hoima in Uganda to the Chongoleani Peninsula near Tanga Port in Tanzania for export to international markets.
