Job Description
- Main Purpose:
- The Project Coordinator supports the full project implementation cycle for both FTTx and non-technical projects, including facilities, products, and service-related initiatives
- Coordinates day-to-day project activities, supports planning and execution, and ensures adherence to timelines and quality standards
- Participates in quality assurance processes, including workmanship inspections and installation acceptance activities
- Provides operational and administrative support to the Project Manager to enable effective execution and successful delivery

- Main Job Functions:
- Ensure projects are executed using best practice project management guidelines
- Implement projects in line with the Marketing Roadmap
- Ensure regular project reporting in accordance with business requirements
- Deliver projects within specified timelines and defined quality plans
- Ensure proper handover of completed projects to internal stakeholders
- Prepare project timelines with clear interdependencies across activities
- Ensure all projects follow customer-centricity guidelines
- Manage project risks effectively
- Manage project procurement processes
- Manage project contracts
- Support project human resource management
- Maintain and manage project documentation
- Ensure capitalization of all completed projects
Responsibilities
- Support coordination and execution of project activities across multiple initiatives
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and quality standards
- Assist in risk, procurement, and contract management processes
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders
- Ensure documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements are met
- Contribute to continuous improvement in project execution and delivery
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, Software, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a relevant field
- Ability to drive a company car is an added advantage
