Qualifications and Experience

The qualification and experience requirements vary considerably between positions.

Some roles require a bachelor’s degree with honours, while the Estates Assistant position requires an ordinary diploma in a relevant discipline.

The Graduate Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer position is suitable for early-career candidates, with the advert specifying 0–3 years of experience and a graduation period requirement.

Other specialist and management positions require several years of relevant professional experience. Some senior roles require at least six years of experience, while positions such as Logistics Manager and Manager, Cargo & Scheduling require eight years or more of relevant experience.
