Job Summary

The Logistics Coordinator will coordinate UNOC’s logistics operations across the petroleum value chain, ensuring the efficient movement of equipment, materials and personnel while maintaining compliance with applicable safety, procurement and logistics requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end logistics operations.
  • Coordinate movement of equipment, materials and personnel.
  • Oversee fleet and transport logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with IVMS monitoring and HSE transport standards.
  • Coordinate customs clearance and import/export documentation.
  • Supervise third-party logistics providers.
  • Support emergency response logistics.
  • Monitor logistics KPIs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain logistics records and ERP information.
  • Support continuous improvement and digital logistics solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement and oil and gas logistics standards.
  • Monitor logistics contracts.
  • Control vehicle fuel, repair and maintenance costs.
  • Coordinate with operations, HSE, projects and finance teams.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a relevant field.
  • At least 4 years’ professional logistics experience.
  • Experience in oil and gas, construction, manufacturing or another highly regulated commercial sector.
  • HSE transport and logistics knowledge is an added advantage.
  • IVMS, ADAS and DMS experience is an added advantage.
  • Customs and import/export experience is an added advantage.
