Job Purpose

Responsible for effective data analytics and business intelligence across the Fund, implementing statistical and predictive modeling techniques to build, maintain, and improve multiple real-time decision support systems.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and managing the creation and dissemination of reports and performance dashboards.
• Creating business scenarios, analytical methods, and innovative analyses of available data while developing data solutions.
• Identifying information gaps, designing reports, and publishing them to guide field teams.
• Collecting, analyzing, and presenting data and insights.
• Collecting expenditure and revenue data and preparing cost-benefit analyses.
• Setting targets for key performance indicators (KPIs) based on empirical analysis.
• Conducting periodic research to gather valuable insights on market trends affecting the business.
• Designing analytical models and presenting data-driven solutions.
• Partnering with process owners to implement standard systems and methods for managing business processes, enabling sustainable improvements in business results.
• Supporting continuous improvement of business processes through data-driven analysis.
• Coordinating with different teams to determine requirements for data warehousing, reporting, and analytical solutions.

Academic and Professional Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a mathematical or IT-related field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or any other highly quantitative discipline.
• Professional certification in Data Science, Big Data, or Data Analytics.

Experience

• At least 3 years’ work experience in IT or Finance within a busy environment.
• At least 1 year of experience at Senior Officer level.
